"Santa Fe Kitchens" is a "cookbook different", featuring 250 delicious recipes from local chefs, artists, celebrities, and supporters of the Museum of New Mexico and the non-profit Foundation.
Some of the delectable recipes include: Green Chile Meatloaf, Nuevo Carne Adobada, Tequila Seared Mahi Mahi, Gingered Salmon, Kefta Tagine, Tacos and Chicken Florentine, just a few out of nearly 100 entree recipes alone.
